Deer crossings and other strange sights.
One of the side benefits of spending a lot of time fishing is the odd things you get to see out there on the water.
Here are Kayak Angler we occasionally get pictures of some of these wonders of our watery world. This came from Chris Eanes of Cumming, Georgia, last week:
"I was having a not so successful catching day on Lake Lanier, Georgia, one cool morning in November when I noticed a doe swimming what must have been a 3/4-mile jump between two islands.
I snapped a photo and went back to fishing for about 30 more minutes when I noticed not one but two bucks swimming from the very island that the doe had just landed on.
I thought it a bit strange that two bucks would leave an island that just had an increase to the female population.
I followed one of the bucks to land snapping a few more photos until he ran into the brownish orange hills of North Georgia.
The day was definitely a success." Photos by Chris Eanes
